Davies Collison Cave Singapore welcomes its first Trade Mark Principal

Davies Collison Cave is very pleased to announce that Esther Seow has joined the firm as a principal in the firm’s Singapore office. Esther will lead the firm’s Singapore Trade Mark Practice.

Esther is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore and Malaysia, and is admitted to the bar in the UK as a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple.  She has broad experience in the filing, prosecution and enforcement of trade marks in Singapore and elsewhere. Esther plays an active role in the Singapore Intellectual Property Profession and is currently a member of APAA and an executive member and past secretary of the AIPPI committee (Singapore Group).

Esther has acted for a diverse range of clients across various industries, including entertainment, fashion, food and beverage, IT, luxury goods and manufacturing. In addition to providing advice in relation to trade mark matters, Esther advises on drafting and reviewing IP related agreements, including franchise and licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other commercial agreements.
