Rory has experience drafting, filing and prosecuting patents in Australia, New Zealand and overseas. Due to working with contentious subject matter such as software and machine learning algorithms, Rory has knowledge and extensive practice experience in subject matter eligibility across many large jurisdictions such as Europe, and the US.
