Emily’s experience covers both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, and she has recently been involved in a number of significant patent and trade mark matters before the Federal Court of Australia.
Emily completed her Juris Doctor at Melbourne University in 2016, and also holds a Bachelor of Professional Communications with a major in Public Relations and Marketing. In her final year at university, Emily received first class honours for her research project investigating the role defamation plays in balancing freedom of speech and the protection of reputation.
