She also has significant experience in opposition proceedings, non use actions and the enforcement of trade mark and related rights.
Madeleine has expertise in managing the global trade mark portfolios of businesses of all sizes, and acts for some of the world’s most well known brands. Her clients operate in a diverse range of industries including fashion, technology, health, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, agriculture, food and beverage, consumer goods, and home improvement.
