DCC Law celebrates expanded services in Sydney
DCC is pleased to announce the expansion of its IP litigation and commercialisation practice in Sydney and Brisbane with the appointment of Paul Dewar as a partner in its Sydney office.
Paul Dewar, a specialist intellectual property litigator, has joined the firm to head its Sydney litigation practice group. Paul has experience in relation to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters and has particular expertise in relation to all aspects of patent (including pharmaceutical patent) litigation. DCC is also relocating Senior Associate Miriam Zanker and Solicitor Cara Gerace to Sydney to support Paul, with Associate Liz Lawson relocating to Brisbane. These relocations will help support the firm’s growing IP litigation and commercialisation practice in NSW and QLD.
The continuing expansion has been driven by the growing demand for IP litigation and commercialisation services in Sydney and Brisbane. Expanding the scope of our Litigation and Commercialisation practice into Sydney and Brisbane will enable us to better serve our NSW, QLD based and international clients.
To celebrate, the Sydney office hosted a Wine Tasting evening. Renowned wine writer, Rob Geddes, was on hand to provide guests with information about several wines from regional NSW.
