The hand book is known as the ‘best guide’ for IP owners looking for counsel in patents, trade marks and copyright around the world.

Top Tier Rankings for DCC

This year Davies Collison Cave is proud to have been ranked a ‘Top Tier Firm’ for both Patents and Trade Marks. During the intensive survey conducted by MIP’s research team DCC’s clients and peers acknowledged many of the firms notable leading lawyers.

What our Clients and Peers had to say about some of our leading IP Lawyers

The handbook states “a peer recommends Trevor Stevens as ‘one of the pillars of the Australian IP world”. Brett Lewis has been “commended as having ‘a strong commercial focus and intelligent approach’ as well as being noted for achieving great results’. Michael Wolnizer was described by a client as “high energy and attentive”, with another client noting that “he will explore avenues to come up with a creative unexpected solution”.  A client from a major international corporation described David Webber as “our eyes on the ground in Australia”. An overseas lawyer stated that David was “peerless’ and “an expert practitioner in relation to computer-implemented inventions and telecommunications”.

We are delighted to maintain our ‘top tier’ rankings and to receive acknowledgement that DCC is continuing to serve our clients with passion and leadership. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our clients and staff for their support through out 2012 and 2013.
