DCC attends BIO International Convention
The Bio International Convention is the world’s largest annual event for the biotechnology industry. The 2010 Convention held in Chicago attracted a record number of delegates. This year’s event drew 15,322 industry leaders from 49 states and 65 countries. The Convention program included more than 125 breakout sessions across 17 tracks.
The sessions addressed challenging issues facing scientific, policy and business opportunities within the biotechnology sector. The Convention hosted two former Presidents, namely Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, and Vice President Al Gore, who each presented insightful keynote addresses.
Davies Collison Cave was represented at this year’s Convention by Tania Obranovich, Bill Pickering, Michael Caine, Victor Argaet and John Hannebery.
