Growth and team expansion for Davies Collison Cave, Singapore
After just 12 months in Singapore, Davies Collison Cave LLP (DCC) has experienced significant growth, becoming an increasingly important intellectual property (IP) firm for businesses in Singapore and the ASEAN region.
With this ongoing success and development, DCC is proud to announce the appointment of Trainee Patent Attorneys, Dr. Jie An Yang, and Dr. Kristy Tan.
Jie An is a Trainee Patent Attorney within the life-sciences group. He is involved in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in pharmaceutical sciences, nanotechnology and material sciences. Jie An has a research background in pharmacokinetics, inorganic chemistry, nanotechnology, and polymer sciences.
Kristy is a trainee in the Engineering group. She has a degree in mechatronics, with particular experience in sustainability and biomedical engineering. Equipped with working knowledge in mechanics, machine design and manufacturing, Kristy has experience working in a large-scale semiconductor plant. Kristy’s additional specialisation subjects for her undergraduate degree include combining electronics and computer programming with mechanical design in areas such as industrial robotics and consumer robotics.
The DCC Singapore team assist clients to identify, protect and commercialise inventions and provides strategic advice to enable clients to maximise commercial return from IP assets. We welcome Jie An and Kristy to the team.
