He has more than 35 years experience in patent, trade mark, design, copyright, trade practices and confidential information litigation.
He has successfully acted in a number of significant matters before State Courts and the Federal and High Courts, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal as well as the Patent and Trade Mark Office. He has acted on behalf of a range of clients from small local enterprises to large multi-national corporations. He is the Former Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Committee of the International Bar Association.
Chris joined Davies Collison Cave Law in 1989, becoming a principal in 2001.
