Grace’s expertise includes complex patent litigation, copyright advice and enforcement, developing and executing brand protection and anti-counterfeiting strategies, regulatory issues, consumer protection, confidential and commercially sensitive information, and ownership and licensing of intellectual property rights. She has successfully represented local and international clients in the Federal Court (including in appeals to the Full Federal Court and High Court), as well in relation to oppositions in the Australian Patent Office.
