Grace is a lawyer in the litigation group at Davies Collison Cave Law. Grace practices predominantly in patent litigation, but also advises on issues of trade mark, copyright and design infringement.

Grace has assisted in running complex patent litigation in the Federal Court of Australia (and associated appeals to the Full Federal Court) for both Australian and international clients across a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, diagnostic technology, and mining and resources. Grace also has experience in commercial litigation in the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Grace’s experience extends across the spectrum of IP rights, with a particular interest and expertise in advising on trade mark enforcement and brand protection strategies (including devising and implementing brand protection programmes), as well as protection of confidential information.

Grace’s formal studies include a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Genetics and Genomics. In Grace’s final year at university, she completed a law honours thesis examining the considerations, concerns and consequences of patenting genetic material in an internationally fragmented legal environment.
