Lauren has more than 15 years’ experience in trade mark clearance, advisory, registration, portfolio management and enforcement matters, and in high-value intellectual property transactions and intellectual property commercialisation.

She handles trade mark and related intellectual property issues for clients across multiple industries with both large and small trade mark portfolios, including coordinating  major trade mark launches and handling  trade mark disputes including trade mark oppositions, domain name disputes, and multinational trade mark disputes.

Lauren also undertook a sabbatical  in the UK completing her  Masters of Law studies at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies of the Queen Mary & Westfield College of the University of London. Her studies were conducted in the field of international and comparative intellectual property law, focusing on European, American and Australian trade mark law. She has written extensively in this and related areas of law.

Prior to joining Davies Collison Cave , Lauren worked in the litigation team a leading corporate law firm where she specialized in IP related matters.  Lauren joined Davies Collison Cave in 2016 and works between the Sydney and Newcastle offices.
