In addition to her legal expertise, Linda has a rich background in the cosmetics and personal care industry. For more than a decade, she has written and published content covering innovations, trends, regulatory developments, and brand strategies in these sectors. This work complements her legal practice, offering clients a unique perspective on both the legal and market dynamics of the cosmetics and personal care industry.
Linda also currently serves on the International Trademark Association (INTA) The Trademark Reporter Committee for the 2026–2027 term. She has authored publications in the Intellectual Property Forum Journal, and she has guest-lectured to post-graduate law students at Monash University on trade mark protection strategies.
