Mary practices predominantly in patent litigation, however has experience in advising on all aspects of intellectual property law.
Mary’s patent experience extends to Federal Court of Australia and Australian Patent Office proceedings. These complex patent matters are primarily in the pharmaceutical, life sciences and medical devices sectors.
Mary has also acted in court proceedings for trade mark, copyright and misleading and deceptive conduct matters. Additionally, Mary’s experience includes providing trade mark prosecution and enforcement advice to leading brands nationally and internationally.
Mary’s formal studies include a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biochemistry and Chemistry.
In 2020, Mary was named a Finalist in the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards 2020 in the ‘Law Student of the Year’ category.
