Her practice spans a broad range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property issues, including in relation to patents, trade marks and copyright. In addition, Meggie has experience in advising on regulatory issues relating to therapeutic goods.
Meggie’s tertiary studies include a Bachelor of Science (Advanced) (Honours), majoring in pharmacology, with her honours research focussing on clinical pharmacology.
Prior to joining Davies Collison Cave Law, Meggie practised in the intellectual property team of a leading international law firm. She has also gained valuable in-house legal experience, having spent time in Singapore as part of the international privacy and data protection team of a multinational technology conglomerate.
