Stuart’s practice encompasses all aspects of branding and trade mark law and as a result of extensive domestic and international experience he is well placed to provide valuable insight in the trade mark protection process and in designing, implementing and executing bespoke international filing programs and brand protection strategies.

A passionate advocate, author and presenter on branding, trade mark and intellectual property law, in his spare time, Stuart indulges his passion for music and in 2022 released the album ‘After the Fall’ under the moniker ‘Stu Green’.
