Her practice spans a broad range of contentious intellectual property matters, including in relation to patents, trade marks and copyright.
Prior to returning to Davies Collison Cave Law, Su-En was a lawyer in the employment disputes team at a top tier international firm. Through this, she gained exposure to a variety of contentious matters, and has experience in negotiation, litigation and strategic dispute resolution.
Su-En holds a Bachelor of Laws (with First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Science with a major in Chemistry and minor in Biology from the Australian National University.
