Suzy is an Senior Associate in the Law Group at Davies Collison Cave’s Sydney office and practices in intellectual property litigation. Suzy has completed a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (first class honours) and a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property (receiving a score of 110/110).

Suzy has a particular interest in enforcement of intellectual property rights and provides advice across the spectrum of IP including copyright, trade marks and patents. She also provides advice in relation to consumer law, privacy and confidential information. Suzy has extensive patent litigation experience and has been involved in a number of high profile pharmaceutical patent proceedings in the Federal Court.

Suzy joined Davies Collison Cave Law in 2016. Prior to joining DCCL, Suzy completed an LLM at the University of Turin / WIPO where she graduated first in class and received a perfect score for her thesis assessing Australia’s best method requirement in light of the experience in the USA and UK. Suzy was previously a Senior Associate practising in the IP litigation team at a top tier corporate law firm.
