Wei Ling graduated from the National University of Singapore with a PhD in Physics. Her PhD research work involved the physics of contact resistance in organic field-effect transistor devices and methods to reduce contact resistance to achieve ohmic injection. During her undergraduate research, she has also worked on methods of transferring thin films such as graphene, and the use of graphene films as work-function modifiers and charge injection layers.
At Davies Collison Cave, Wei Ling is involved in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in physics and engineering. She is also currently pursuing her qualification as a Singapore patent attorney.
